🎨 Who Can Enter?

       • All little artists in grades K–2 are invited to join the fun!

       • Coloring pages will be shared with local elementary schools, or you can download and print one right here.

 

🏆 Prizes

       • We’ll choose one winner from each grade level!

       • Winners will receive a North Carolina Potato Festival commemorative T-shirt and a 2026 Festival Ride Wristband.

       • Plus, each winner’s classroom will score a basket full of school supplies!

 

📬 How to Submit

       • Turn in your original coloring sheet (no copies, please!) by Friday, May 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM to one of these locations:

                 • Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc. Mailbox (106 S. Water Street)

                 • MMT Printers, Inc. (605 E. Fearing Street)
